Kevin Howell - Managing Director Kevin completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica majoring in Accounting and Economics in 2000. In 2002, he completed the UK based Certified Public Accountants examination and was subsequently awarded a MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester in 2005. In 2000, his first professional role was with Pricewaterhousecoopers and he was promoted to a Senior Accountant within three years. He joined the Mergers and Acquisition Advisory team at Ernst and Young in 2005, after completing his MBA. Kevin was promoted to a manager at Ernst & Young within two years. His role at Ernst and Young afforded him the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies, and expanded his knowledge of the Health-Care, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Consumer Products Industries. His last employment was with Broadridge Financial Solutions, a $2.0 billion publicly traded firm, where he worked as a Senior Director of Business Development. In this role, he developed various types of financial models and analyses to support the assessment of acquisition and alliance opportunities.
